synopsis

Something is happening on the outskirts of town. Animals have been slaughtered. Hikers have been killed. The authorities blame a rogue animal, perhaps a bobcat or a mountain lion, but Alex and Corey believe a vampire is responsible. As they struggle to investigate, trying to prove their theory and solve the case, the killings continue. What began as fun adventure, a way to test their expertise gleaned from their love of Sherlock Holmes and countless horror movies, soon becomes very real and personal. They are forced confront a horror more terrifying than they could have ever imagined.
